See the Surprising Summer House Alum Who Attended Madison LeCroy's Baby Shower
Southern Charm matriarch Patricia Altschul hosted the all-pink event at her iconic Charleston home.
Madison LeCroy’s baby shower delivered fun times, good food, and a surprising Bravo crossover.
The event took place over the weekend at Patricia Altschul's historic home in Charleston, where she and her fellow Southern Charm-ers reunited to celebrate Madison’s impending family arrival. Patricia shared a peek at the shower in a May 4 Instagram post, showing off the beautiful pink decor, pink dessert buffet, and pink dress code.
Attendees included Shep Rose, Austen Kroll, Venita Aspen, Leva Bonaparte, Rodrigo Reyes, Whitney Sudler-Smith, Salley Carson, and Molly O’Connell — pretty much everyone from the Southern Charm friend group. However, fans quickly noticed an unexpected guest in the mix: Summer House alum Kory Keefer.
The actor/gym owner was pictured poolside with Craig Conover, Ryan Albert, and Charleston-based realtor Tim Schneider.
Kory Keefer's Connection to the Southern Charm Cast
Kory made his Bravo debut in 2022 when he joined the Winter House Season 2 cast. Kory was introduced to the group through Craig, whom he had met while attending the College of Charleston. The two spoke about their friendship during a November 2022 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
“He was my little brother in the fraternity (Kappa Sigma), and then we lived together for like four years after that,” Craig explained.

The Sewing Down South boss said he and Kory remained pretty tight throughout college, but they hit a rough patch after Craig signed on to film Southern Charm Season 1. Kory said he was also in talks to join the original Southern Charm cast but was ultimately “kicked to the curb.” The decision caused the pair to cut off communication for quite some time, but they reunited roughly three years later when Craig invited Kory on a work trip.
“It was my first appearance at, like, a [clothing] store in Florida, and I was able to bring a ‘manager,’ and I called [Kory] and was like, ‘Hey, do you want to go on this trip with me?’” Craig recalled on WWHL. “We met up at the airport and acted like nothing ever happened.”
What has Kory Keefer been up to since his Summer House days?
Kory returned to Winter House in Season 3 and took on a “friend” role in Summer House Season 7. According to his Instagram, Kory is still running CORE24, a fitness center with locations in North Carolina and South Carolina. He spoke about the business in a 2024 episode of the WTF Gym Talk podcast, explaining what he enjoyed most about owning a gym.
“I loved the atmosphere of just like, bringing people together,” he said. “You can connect with people over experiences, different backgrounds, cultures, just over fitness. You see someone in shape, you know they worked hard to get that, you know, you don’t wake up with a six pack. What I try to do is, we create a culture where it’s cool to be here. You wanna be staffed here because it’s like, I’m a part of a group.”
