Nick Saban or Paul “Bear” Bryant?
That’s just one of the topics examined in a new documentary film, featuring Saban and an impressive list of Alabama legends.
Baltimore Ravens cornerback and former Tide star Marlon Humphrey is the executive producer of “Nothing But A Winner,” which features former Alabama players, current NFL stars and others.
“I think coach Bryant is the greatest coach of all time,” Saban said in a preview of the film released posted to YouTube.
“‘Nothing But A Winner’ chronicles the rise of the greatest college football program in the history of the sport – the University of Alabama Crimson Tide," the film’s web site states. “But behind the ruthless competition in the Southeastern Conference and Alabama’s staggering number of National Championships lies a deeper story: the making of men. At the heart of Alabama’s dynasty are two coaching giants – Bear Bryant and Coach Nick Saban – who, in very different eras, built a culture defined not just by winning, but by relentless transformation.”
