After spending the first year of his collegiate career with the Ducks, Suamataia transferred to the Cougars for the 2022 season. He would have a solid tenure with the team, playing 24 games and starting 22. He played RT in 2022 and moved over to LT in 2023.
Suamataia played 11 games and started ten in 2023, with 13 pressures, six hurries, five hits, two sacks allowed, an 86.1 pass block grade, a 52.9 run block grade, and a 67.5 PFF Grade.
The Big 12 named him to their All-Big 12 Second Team.

The Chiefs drafted Morris in the 3rd round in the 2023 NFL Draft. Morris served as the backup LT and started four games in relief of Smith. He had three penalties, 24 pressures, 15 hurries, seven hits, two sacks allowed, and a 55.6 PFF Grade. He also had a 63.4 pass block grade and a 47.1 run block grade per PFF.
