Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann face even more trouble over their McMansion
On October 8, In Touch came out with news that spelled more financial troubles for Kim and Kroy. According to reports the outlet obtained, the Manor Community Association filed a lien against the couple’s Georgia home. The association alleged that Kim and Kroy owed $8,972 in unpaid assessments and late fees.
It’s almost funny how many debts Kim and Kroy keep racking up. Almost. More than anything, it’s unfortunate, especially for the kids. As both Kim and Kroy have pointed out, selling the house would be an integral part of recouping some losses. Unfortunately, no one will bite at the current price tag.
Unsurprisingly, Kroy tried to appeal for the power to sell the house on his own. Allegedly, Kim very much wants an offer that’s in line with the mansion’s appraisal. As Kroy’s lawyer pointed out, “At the end of the day, a house is worth what someone is willing to pay for it … not its appraisal.” Will the fees ever stop? Probably not at this rate.
