Renovating The Bachelor Mansion: News, Cast, Release Date, & Everything We Know
The Bachelor's iconic mansion will soon get a facelift, and the remodel will be chronicled on an HGTV show fittingly called Renovating The Bachelor Mansion. The Bachelor franchise has filmed at the familiar house, also known as Villa de la Vina, since The Bachelor season 11 in 2007. The mansion has been used for most seasons since then, except for a few during the COVID-19 pandemic and Jenn Tran’s Bachelorette season 21 in 2024, which used Hummingbird Nest Ranch. From 2007 to 2025, the mansion has been a primary filming location for about 18 years.
The house, which is located in Agora Hills, California, has served as the backdrop for many a great love story. Most recently, The Bachelor season 29 was filmed there, as well as The Golden Bachelor and The Golden Bachelorette. After being in the Bachelor Nation universe for so long, the large house has become an iconic pop-culture location. That's why HGTV has decided to film an entire show about Renovating The Bachelor Mansion. Read on to find out when the show airs, and which familiar Bachelor Nation faces will make appearances.

The show was announced several days ago by Warner Bros. Discovery, so there's no air date for Renovating The Bachelor Mansion. There isn't even an indication of when the competition show could film. This coming summer would be a great time to do the renovations, since the franchise will be on the beach filming Bachelor In Paradise season 10. The house likely won't be ready in time for The Golden Bachelor season 2, but perhaps it'll be ready for The Bachelor 30 or The Golden Bachelorette 2. The Bachelorette has been put on indefinite hiatus, so the renovation won't matter.
