New Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald has one heck of a hard act to follow. As promising as Macdonald is based on what he did in Baltimore, it’s going to be extremely difficult for him to match the accomplishments of his predecessor. Pete Carroll certainly had his flaws as a head coach, but he’s also undeniably the most successful and popular head coach in the history of the franchise. Not only did Carroll win a lot of games, he established a winning culture that Macdonald and general manager John Schneider are eager to continue. He is unmatched, at least as far as this team is concerned.
Here’s how every coach in franchise history has done in the win-loss department.
