Raiders' injury report just got a bit longer on Thursday

The Las Vegas Raiders added yet another player to their injury report on Thursday, making an already long list even longer.

Guard Cody Whitehair is the newest addition, with the veteran offensive lineman being listed with a chest injury, leaving him limited. He is now the 16th player on Las Vegas' lengthy injury report.

This comes one day after both running back Zamir White (groin) and linebacker Luke Masterson (knee) suffered injuries at practice. Neither practiced on Thursday after being limited on Wednesday.

The only semblance of positivity for Las Vegas on its latest injury report was the fact that left tackle Kolton Miller went from did not practice to limited, and safety Isaiah Pola-Mao, who is starting in place of safety Marcus Epps after a season-ending injury, was upgraded to full participation.

Star edge rusher Maxx Crosby, who is dealing with a high-ankle sprain, remains on track to sit out yet again in Week 5 after not practicing for a second straight day. He has not ruled out playing, though.

“The plan is to play versus Denver, but I’m just taking it one day at a time,” Crosby said. “And, you know, we’re taking big strides every day.”

Others starters, including right tackle Thayer Munford Jr., linebacker Divine Deablo and guard Dylan Parham, remained sidelined, also.

While Whitehair is no longer a starter because of Jackson Powers-Johnson's return, he may have gotten the nod this week if Parham isn't able to play. If both Parham and Whitehair, Andrus Peat will likely start, but the veteran hasn't been good in limited opportunities this season.

The Raiders will release their final injury report of the week on Friday, and hopefully some good news with it.
