As it was revealed that the Vanderpump Rules alum, 32, had been taken into custody for an apparent fight with a woman who has not yet been identified, James, who is still living under the same roof as Ally, 28, was seen getting a food order from Uber Eats.

In photos, James opened his door to the delivery person while wearing a hoodie that said, “See You Next Tuesday,” which is the name of his past gigs at SUR Restaurant.

Although James initially stayed silent about his misdemeanor domestic violence arrest, he released a statement via his attorneys on Friday in regard to the pending charges against him.

“We are in the process of conducting our own investigation into the allegations levied by the Burbank Police Department against James,” they said in a statement to Us Weekly on December 13. “We understand that there were no injuries and we are hoping that, after careful review, the city’s attorneys will decide not to file formal charges.”

Another source, who revealed the mystery woman was, in fact, Ally, told the outlet the arrest was “a complete misunderstanding.”

“They were arguing and a neighbor was outside and heard them fighting and called the police and the police officers came,” the insider explained, confirming Ally had no plans to move forward with charges against her partner.

As Pump Rules fans have likely heard, James, who has been accused of violence by former girlfriends in the past, including Kristen Doute, 41, and Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, 30, both of whom have spoken out about his arrest, was attending Kathy Hilton‘s holiday party before his reported dispute with Ally.

James was “running” through the party, “causing a scene,” an insider shared on Thursday. “His guy friend was chasing him from Kathy’s basement all the way throughout Kathy’s backyard, and James looked mad while running away. The guy who was chasing him almost fell into the pool and dropped a lantern in the pool causing a huge scene. Everyone was wondering what was going on.”

James was released from custody on $20,000 bail.
