After the release of the 2024-25 NBA schedule, the Suns took to X to mock their rivals, poking fun with picture posts.

One post, shared by NBACentral, targeted the Miami Heat.

In the post, the Suns featured the Heat logo, along with a nightclub, which is a reference to Miami’s popular nightlife scene.

The post also included an image of Heat fan DJ Khaled.

Finally, there is a picture of empty arena seats, which is a nod to a well-known stereotype about Heat fans.

For years, it has been said that Heat fans show up late for games, if they show up at all.

The Suns are obviously playing upon that conception of the Heat, and many Miami fans defended their team online.

The Heat were quick to clap back at Phoenix with their own X post showing that they have the fourth-best attendance in the league and do much better than the Suns, who have the 25th-best.

Many teams have been celebrating the 2024-25 schedule release in some surprising and fun ways.

The Suns have chosen to ruffle the feathers of other teams and it’s sure to anger people and raise a few eyebrows.

It’s a smart move because it brings them a lot of attention, but it will also bring them plenty of rivalries.

The Suns have a lot to deliver in the new season.

They are making fun of their competition right now but they will be embarrassed if the Heat and others trounce them when the season begins.
