“Eric Stokes and Corey Ballentine are pending free agents and the Packers’ secondary could use more talent to help out Xavier McKinney and the pass rush. While Maxwell Harrison has missed time with an injury, he’s long and instinctual with good movement skills and would be a great addition to Green Bay.”
Hairston this season has recorded 19 tackles, one sack, two forced fumbles, one interception, one touchdown, and four pass deflections. He has been very effective for Kentucky when on the field. Maxwell Hairston only played in five games this season for the Wildcats.

Hairston was effective in 2023 for Kentucky. During that season, he recorded 66 tackles, one forced fumble, five interceptions, two touchdowns, and six pass deflections. The Green Bay Packers could use a talented cornerback like him on the roster. Green Bay may need to draft a couple of cornerbacks in the 2025 NFL Draft.
They didn’t address that position well during the 2024 NFL Draft. There is no doubt that Green Bay will be scouting Maxwell Hairston and other cornerbacks before the 2025 NFL Draft. Hairston is 6’1″ and weighs 186 lbs.
