Green Bay Packers offensive coordinator Adam Stenavich will have a lot of ways to be creative with the offense in 2024. He has no shortage of offensive weapons to work with in the Packers offense when game planning each week.
Green Bay’s offense is going to be able to beat defenses in many different ways. They can run the football with Josh Jacobs, have Jordan Love throw it short or deep to some of his top targets like Christian Watson and Jayden Reed, and also do much more.
The Green Bay Packers offense during the 2024 season has a chance to light up the scoreboard often. There were a lot of questions about this offense heading into last season, but there are not as many questions about the offense heading into this season.
One of the biggest questions about the Green Bay Packers offense in 2024 will be, what will the offensive line look like? There is plenty of time to settle that out because of OTAs and training camps. General manager Brian Gutekunst has done a tremendous job finding young talent throughout his past NFL Drafts.
Green Bay Packers Offensive Coordinator Adam Stenavich Hopes To Unleash Rookie Running Back Marshawn Lloyd As Much As Possible
Marshawn Lloyd was a third-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft out of USC. Lloyd can very well be the second running back on the Green Bay Packers depth chart this season. He would be behind Josh Jacobs on the depth chart, but ahead of veteran A.J. Dillon.
Lloyd last season with the USC Trojans in 11 games, rushed for 820 yards on 116 carries and nine touchdowns, along with averaging 7.1 yards per rush. He also caught 13 passes for 232 yards receiving and zero touchdowns, along with averaging 17.8 yards per reception.
Green Bay Packers offensive coordinator Adam Stenavich has some high praises for the rookie running back. He said to the media:
““I would like to get MarShawn Lloyd out there as much as possible. He’s got a skillset that’s a lil bit different than AJ’s, as far as his speed. It’ll be nice to get him the ball in space & just see what he can do, I think he’s gonna add a good explosive element to the offense.”
Lloyd seeing carries during his rookie season would be a big help for Josh Jacobs. It would keep Jacobs fresh and get Marshawn Lloyd adjusted to the NFL game speed. At this point, he has more potential than A.J. Dillon does. The Green Bay Packers offense is going to beat teams in many different ways this season.
