The NFL has been adding to the excitement of the upcoming 2025 campaign by releasing in batches the names of players who have made it to the league’s Top 100 list.

Among those who cracked the list is Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love, who came in at the No. 68 spot. It’s a dropoff from last year’s No. 34 rank for Love, but there is no denying that he’s a crucial component of the Packers, who are expected to be a chief playoff contender in the NFC.

Love managed to stay inside the Top 100 list despite missing a couple of games due to injuries in 2024. That’s not to mention the other two contests where he was not able to give it a full go.

Overall, the former Utah State Aggies star QB threw for 3,389 passing yards and 25 touchdowns with 11 interceptions through 15 games last season for the Packers, who won 11 games.

Among the players who spoke about Love in the presentation of the quarterback’s position on the list was former Packers running back Aaron Jones.

“His ability to throw the ball. He’s able to get it out quick,” Jones said of Love. “He has a good understanding of the game, so he’s able to digest what’s coming at him. If it’s a blitz, he knows where his hot reads are and he’s just a very smart QB.”

Jones, who is entering his second season with the Minnesota Vikings, played seven seasons with the Packers, during which he racked up 5,940 rushing yards and 45 touchdowns on 1,177 carries across 97 games.
