The Green Bay Packers, like the rest of the NFL world, was surprised by the news that Cleveland Browns’ star pass rusher Myles Garrett is demanding a trade. Garrett is one of the best defensive players in the entire league and would change the landscape of any defense he joins.
According to one report, Green Bay may have to give up a quarterback if they want to consider getting Garrett.

Russini reports that if the Browns trade Garrett, they will likely receive something similar to a first-round pick and some change instead of three first-round picks:
The draft picks we ended up agreeing on for Garrett, on top of Watson, Willis and Lloyd, were the Packers’ 2026 first-round pick and the team’s 2025 second-round pick.
I figured that Green Bay would like to hold onto their 2025 first-round pick, considering that they’re hosting the draft this season.
A 2026 pick might even serve the Browns better than one in 2025, should they want to get into the Arch Manning sweepstakes next spring.
