The Green Bay Packers have already had an active off-season. Numerous coaching changes have already taken place, mostly on the defensive side of the ball. Green Bay going to playoffs in back-to-back season with Jordan Love as their starting quarterback, directly after their Aaron Rodgers era, is impressive by itself.
It is widely believe that this team is a few pieces away from competing for a championship, but they’re certainly doing something right.
That will lead to other teams being interested in what Green Bay has to offer.

The #Jaguars have announced the finalists for their GM job:
- Bears’ Ian Cunningham
- Rams’ James Gladstone
- Green Bays’ Jon-Eric Sullivan
- Jaguars’ assistant GM Ethan Waugh
- 49ers’ Josh Williams.
In-person interviews begin Wednesday.

In his current position, Sullivan oversees the Packers’ player personnel under Gutekunst. He has extensive experience in both college and pro scouting, along with his previous role as co-director of player personnel.
The Packers have been Sullivan’s home since he was an intern in 2003. After working his way up the scouting department, he became director of college scouting in 2016. In 2018, he was promoted to co-director of player personnel, and in 2022, to vice president of player personnel.
