Jayden Daniels and the Washington Commanders have been the Cinderella story of the NFL playoffs.
In the wild-card round, the Commanders stole a 23-20 win over the Los Angeles Rams thanks to a walk-off Zane Gonzalez field goal that doinked through the uprights as time expired.
The Divisional Round may have been even more impressive for Daniels and Washington. They went into Detroit and shocked the No. 1 seed Lions 45-31.
Now, the Commanders will face the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC Championship Game with a spot in the Super Bowl on the line.
Although Washington has their guy at receiver in Terry McLaurin, it could use another pass-catcher aside from the Pro Bowler in the future. Dyami Brown has been a nice surprise for the Commanders in the playoffs, but adding a wideout in the offseason could be something they look at.
Tyler Brooke of The 33rd Team believes he has the perfect solution for Dan Quinn and company. Among his potential NFL trade ideas included sending Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens to the Commanders.
"Pickens probably wants out of Pittsburgh, and while it might take a second-round pick to do so, the Commanders are in a position to keep competing for Super Bowls in the near future, so taking a swing on an exciting playmaker is a worthwhile investment," Brooke wrote.

Brooke has the Commanders sending a 2025 second-round pick in exchange for Pickens.
Pickens, the former Georgia Bulldogs standout, had a breakout year in 2023, recording 63 catches for 1,140 yards and five touchdowns. Although he is under contract in 2025, his locker room drama and performance this past season may have the Steelers thinking about sending him elsewhere.
A McLaurin and Pickens combination alongside Daniels could keep the Commanders competitive for the near future.
