The Buffalo Bills picked up a 31-10 victory over the Seattle Seahawks in Week 8, and with that result in the books, the team can officially welcome Von Miller back into the fold now that his four-game suspension is up.
Miller was suspended back on Oct. 1st for four games for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy, which stemmed from allegations that he assaulted his pregnant girlfriend back in Nov. 2023.
Now that four games have passed, though, Buffalo can reinstate Miller to the roster and have him back in action in Week 9. The NFL also announced that the Bills will have a roster exemption that expires next Monday, which will allow them to carry 54 players on their roster for the next week as they accommodate Miller's return.
As with all suspensions, the #Bills were granted a roster exemption for Von Miller that expires next Monday. It can be lifted at any time.

This is standard operating procedure for teams that are welcoming a suspended player back, but it is timely to note, as Buffalo has a bit of a competitive advantage for their upcoming contest against the Miami Dolphins.
Not only will they be getting back an incredibly productive pass rusher in Miller, but they also won't have to make a corresponding roster move until next week, so they will likely wait until after their clash with the Dolphins to decide what they want to do.
Miller struggled mightily in his first full season with the Bills last season, but he had racked up three sacks through the first four games of the current campaign before he got hit with this suspension.
With Buffalo rolling, Miller will be looking to pick up right where he left off in Week 9 against Miami, assuming that he ends up playing, of course. Kickoff for the Bills upcoming contest with the Dolphins is set for 1 P.M. EST, and a win could all but wrap up the AFC East for them, even though the season will only be halfway over.
