NFL announces compensatory picks for 2025 NFL draft, list of Browns 10 picks

Every year around this timeframe, the NFL announces their list of compensatory selections for the April NFL draft. This year, a total of 35 picks have been awarded to 15 clubs in the 2025 draft, the league announced Tuesday.

Six teams received a third-round pick while the Miami Dolphins, Dallas Cowboys, and Baltimore Ravens received four choices each. The Cleveland Browns receive one pick in Round 6 (#216) and another in Round 7 (#254).

These compensatory picks are determined by a league formula that is based on players or coaches that have signed elsewhere and is a consideration of playing time, salary, and post-season honors.

There are also special compensatory picks awarded on certain programs such as the promotion of minority talent for either a GM position or a head coaching candidate.

After the addition of the two compensatory picks, here is an updated list of where Cleveland selects, which round, and the overall draft pick number.

• 1st Round - Pick #2
• 2nd Round - Pick #33
• 3rd Round - Picks #67 & 94
• 4th Round - Pick #104
• 5th Round - Pick #164 (will go to the Philadelphia Eagles for Kenny Pickett)
• 6th Round - Picks #179, 192, 200, 216
• 7th Round - Pick #254
