National talk show host states Caleb Williams already the best QB in Bears franchise history without playing a game

Chicago Bears fans have been waiting for the day they finally have a franchise quarterback after so many failed attempts. This season, one fell right into their laps when they received the first pick in the NFL Draft from the Carolina Panthers in a deal they made last spring.

National talk show host states Caleb Williams already the best QB in Bears franchise history without playing a game

The Bears drafted USC’s quarterback Caleb Williams, and so far, through his first two preseason games, he has looked the part and looks like he could end the curse of Bears quarterbacks.

Bears fans don’t know what to do with themselves now that they have a quarterback, and one of the best Chicago fans and sports talk show hosts gave a crazy opinion about the new Bears quarterback that might not be so crazy after all.

Caleb Williams Is The Best Quarterback In Chicago Bears History

Monday morning started a new era of television shows on Fox Sports One. The new talk show Breakfast Ball debuted with host Craig Carton, former offensive lineman Mark Schlereth, and former Chicago radio host Danny Parkins.

Parkins is one of the best sports hosts in the business and a die-hard Bears fan. On Monday morning, he welcomed the national audience to his name and stated that Caleb Williams is already the best quarterback in Bears’ history.

The Bears have never had a 4,000-yard and 30-touchdown passer in a season, so the bar is very low, and Parkins doesn’t seem to be wrong here.

An argument could be made that Sid Luckman is the best, but he played football in the 1940s, so it’s not like he was completing many forward passes.

Parkins and other Bears fans should say that Williams is already the best quarterback in franchise history because believing in your quarterback before he takes a single snap is a great thing, and maybe this horrible run on quarterbacks will end now.
