Morgan Wallen’s Gesture to Seahawks Legend Marshawn Lynch in Seattle Grabs Attention

The Seattle Seahawks shared a connection to Morgan Wallen’s recent show in the Pacific Northwest. Wallen’s entrances at his concerts have become the stuff of legend with fans speculating about who the country singer will bring out each show.

Wallen made the perfect decision for his July 26, 2025, Seattle concert at Lumen Field. The star surprised fans with a Marshawn Lynch appearance.

Lynch was riding in a golf cart, a nod to his viral moment driving the vehicle on the field during his college football career at Cal, before greeting Wallen as the singer headed on stage.

Here is a look at the video that has fans buzzing.

Wallen also gave Lynch a shoutout on social media by posting the behind-the-scenes footage of his interaction with Seattle royalty.

Marshawn Lynch Is the Executive Producer for a New Seahawks Documentary Called ’12’

While still showing love to the Las Vegas Raiders and new head coach Pete Carroll, Lynch remains connected to the city of Seattle. Lynch is the executive producer of a new documentary called “12” which will tell the story of Seahawks fans.

“I’m hella appreciative to be part of the team working on this film,” Lynch told Deadline in a July 23, story titled, “Marshawn Lynch To Exec Produce Seattle Seahawks Documentary For Victory Sports.” “I’ll be honest, a lot of this story I knew nothing about, but once I heard it and did my own digging, it made me understand and see why there is so much love for the Seahawks and the city of Seattle.

“The 12’s have always shown me love, hopefully they’ll see and feel (through) this doc that it’s mutual.”

Lynch adds to a growing list of current and former NFL players who Wallen has involved in his infamous walk-out videos. During a Las Vegas show at Allegiant Stadium, Wallen was accompanied by Tom Brady and Mike Tyson for his entrance.

Wallen’s two shows at Lumen Field marked the country star’s first appearance in the Seattle area since playing at the Tacoma Dome two years ago.

Morgan Wallen on ‘I’m The Problem’ Album: ‘(You Can) Hear the Kind of Clarity That I Have in My Life’

Wallen is in the midst of a worldwide tour after releasing his new album “I’m The Problem.” The singer recently reflected on dropping a massive 37 songs on his latest release.

“I hope they can understand and hear the kind of clarity that I have in my life, you know?” Wallen said during an interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe, per Holler. “I think for me to be able to take that mindset into a record, and to spend this much time in making a 37-song album.

“… That’s what I’m most proud of as a person… how I’m seeing the world. So I hope that comes through in my music.”

As for Lynch’s former coach, Seahawks fans will not have to wait long to get a look at Carroll wearing his new silver and black threads. The Seahawks host the Raiders on Thursday, August 7, to open up the team’s preseason schedule.

The Seattle-Las Vegas exhibition game will be the rare must-watch preseason contest for 12s.
