The luxury real estate couple announced their split ahead of The Valley premiere, and both have since gone their separate ways. Recently, The Daily Dish caught up with the mother of one, who confirmed in April 2024 that she was dating “someone amazing.”
Michelle has recently confirmed she is dating financial advisor Aaron Nosler.

“It is serious,” Michelle told The Daily Dish when asked about her relationship status with Aaron.
“I think [given] his age, he’s kind of ready to find a serious relationship, and he knows that I am going through what I am going through, and I didn’t know what was going to happen,” said Michelle. “I was happy being alone and single. I’m not really dating a bunch of people; I’m not that type of person.”
Progress in Michelle and Aaron's romantic partnership continues as Jesse Lally was really spotted out with socialite and philanthropist Lacy Nicole.
“Dating has been very good for me. We instantly clicked, and we like the same things, so it’s just been really positive,” Michelle said of Aaron. “I’m super happy with him. Him and I get along really, really well.”
Michelle and Jesse confirmed their split at The Valley red-carpet premiere party after six years of marriage. However, both parents said they’re focused on co-parenting their only child, 4-year-old Isabella Bunny Lally, who’s been introduced to Michelle’s new guy since he and Michelle became an item.
“Isabella loves him,” Michelle told The Daily Dish. “He’s great with children and with Isabella, and I couldn’t ask for anything more right now.”
Michelle clarified, however, that she and Aaron do not share a home at this time.

Troubles between Jesse and Michelle, who are also partners in the world of luxury real estate, permeate through the debut season. Though Michelle allowed Aaron to meet their daughter, she and Jesse were trying to keep things as normal as possible for the child’s sake.
Jesse remains at the home the couple shared that was featured on The Valley.
“I wanted to live close by because I didn’t want to affect Isabella’s life at all,” said Michelle. “I stayed in the same neighborhood so we could walk to school or walk to Jesse’s house, and it’s been lovely to live by myself again.”
Michelle explained to The Daily Dish that it had been nearly 10 years since she lived solo, and that she and Isabella are still settling into a two-bedroom condo.
“So far, so good!” she said.
Michelle added co-parenting with Jesse has been “amazing,” and Isabella seemed to be better since the two called it quits.
“I didn’t realize that she really was paying attention to us fighting,” said Michelle, explaining she was assuming the child couldn’t overhear arguments from the next room. “It was affecting her a little bit. Just having tantrums and just being a 3-year-old. .. I think [it] was not healthy for her.”
Things are changing for the better, Michelle told The Daily Dish.
“I think now that she sees us look really happy, it’s been good for her overall,” the mother admitted. "She’s been doing a lot, lot better.”
Michelle said she and her now-estranged husband went through “different stages” as divorce proceedings continued, and while things were “a little tricky” at first, they seem to be going smoother. She even said she met Jesse’s new girlfriend at Isabella’s birthday party.
“She’s nice,” Michelle told The Daily Dish.
