Congrats to the newlyweds!
Bachelor Nation fans met Melina Nasab on Season 26 of “The Bachelor,” where she made her mark with memorable fashion and bouncy Kangaboots.
Since her time on the show, Melina has been keeping fans updated with her life on social media, where she hard-launched her relationship with tech executive Max Keefe in late 2022.
In April 2024, Melina took to Instagram to reveal that the two got engaged — and now, they are officially husband and wife!
The Bachelor Nation star took to Instagram to share photos and videos from their wedding day and wrote, “The day I married my joon, @maxkeefe_. for those of you who don’t know, ‘joon’ is a word of endearment in Farsi, one that quickly became a part of our nicknames, and the reason why we picked our wedding date in the month of June.”
The wedding took place in Orange County at their stunning venue the Palazzo surrounded by family friends and Melina’s fellow Bachelor Nation star Ency Abedin, who was one of her bridesmaids.
Melina continued on in her post, “I’ve been trying to find the right words to describe our wedding day without sounding cheesy… but take my word for it. It was the happiest day of my life. I didn’t cry, but I smiled so hard the entire time it’s basically etched into my face. From cheesing down the aisle to closing the place down with bellies full of Persian food, tea, and the love from the people we cherish, it was perfect.”
She added, “At the center of it all was my husband. My best bud. My perfect partner. The King to my Fairytale. Standing beside him that day didn’t feel like a big moment, it felt like coming home. We cheered, we danced (a lot), we enjoyed quality time together amongst our loved ones, and we celebrated with our favorite sweet treat 🍪 It felt like the most ‘us’ day we could’ve dreamt of.”
We are so happy for Melina and Max! We are wishing them a lifetime of happiness, and we’re sending them love in this exciting next chapter.
