Maxx Crosby has never been shy about speaking his mind and when it comes to his association with the President of the United States, Crosby has been no less candid this week.
Making rounds at the Super Bowl media events in New Orleans on Thursday, Crosby was asked what he thought about Donald Trump attending the game.
Crosby shared his thoughts on Trump and talked about his few interactions with the newly elected President.
“He’s a huge sports fan, in general. He’s like one of us,” Crosby said of President Trump on Thursday. “That’s just his personality, so having a guy like that leading in incredible… He’s out with the people which is awesome to see.”
“We’re all human beings at the end of the day. Regardless of position [or] what you’ve been through. Life is life. Everybody has things that you go through, everyone has adversity, everyone has mistakes, but it’s about where your feet are at, and I think he’s done an incredible job with that. My relationship with him, I’ve been with him multiple times. He’s been incredible. I’m not the person that likes to judge by what other people say. I like to make my own judgments myself and he’s treated me incredible every time I’ve been with him.”

In football news around Crosby this week, it sounds like he is going to be wearing Silver & Black for now and years to come.
Crosby addressed trade rumors on Thursday, and it sounds like he is sold on the direction the team is going under Tom Brady, John Spytek and Pete Carroll.
“I’ve had doubts in the past,” Crosby told Mike Florio and Chris Simms on PFT Live. “I feel like this past year was the hardest part of my career. Battling through injury the whole year, struggling, losing 10 games in a row. Up here, it makes you start questioning a lot of things.”
Crosby said he has been involved in conversations with Tom Brady, John Spytek and Pete Carroll in recent weeks, and has been encouraged by the new leadership within the organization.
”It seems as if we’re going in the right direction,” Crosby said. “I can’t say that it is, but this probably the most optimistic I’ve been in recent years.”
