LeBron James Goes Off On Lakers Teammate During Tense Sideline Moment: ‘Swing That Motherf—-r’

Los Angeles Lakers superstar forward LeBron James was in the zone in the fourth quarter of their matchup Saturday night at home against the Sacramento Kings.

So, when his teammate, Rui Hachimura did not get the future Basketball Hall of Famer the ball during one moment in the final period, James let the former Gonzaga Bulldogs star hear it during a timeout.

“Swing that motherf—-r to me,” James told Hachimura. “I just made 10 in a row, and you’re going to take a contested two? Swing, swing motherf—-r.”

LeBron James continues to defy Father Time

James was feeling in the fourth frame, where he poured in 16 points on a perfect 6-for-6 shooting from the floor while also recording six assists and five rebounds in a 131-127 Lakers win over the Kings. He made it look easy enough to make people forget that he is about to turn 40 years old in December. Overall, James led all scorers in the game with 32 points on 12-for-22 shooting, including four 3-pointers,  to go along with 14 rebounds and 10 assists in 34 minutes.

Hachimura was not too shabby either, as he chipped in 18 points with nine rebounds and three assists while making five of his 13 attempts from the floor and both of his tries from behind the arc.

Through three games in the 2024-24 NBA regular season, James has managed to put up averages of 23.0 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 7.3 assists in 34.4 minutes.

Coming up next for Los Angeles is a rematch against the Phoenix Suns this Monday on the road. The Lakers beat the Suns at home last Friday, 123-116.
