Las Vegas Raiders get some of the best news they could have hoped for as they prep for the depths of the 2025 offseason

One of the most important things for the Las Vegas Raiders entering the 2025 season is to grab a quarterback but also to enter the season as healthy as possible. They went through the wringer last year with injuries. It seemed like every time the ball was snapped, a new player was injured. Obviously, that's being a bit dramatic, but the Raiders really had a ton of injuries last year that certainly did not help them win games.

The good news is, it's a long offseason, even if it doesn't feel like it. There is plenty of time for the players who were banged up or injured, to get healthy. And, the Raiders have one of the best training facilities, if not the best, in the league. There is a reason most players spend their offseason working out there, rehabbing, and things of that nature.

The team should be coming into 2025 as healthy as possible, and most importantly, their best player should be coming in fully healthy.

“We’re just taking it one day at a time, but the rehab has been incredible. We are in a great place right now," Maxx Crosby said while also revealing the boot will be off his foot very soon.

The Raiders are going to rely on Crosby and the defense a lot in 2025 and hearing him say he's about ready to have the boot taken off is some of the best news they could have hoped for before entering the depths of the 2025 offseason. The offense was bad last year. And it could be bad again this year.

We simply do not know what the offense will look like next season. There are still so many varying factors that will happen between now and Week 1 of the 2025 season. With the defense, we do know they have the potential to be great again. They are bringing back Patrick Graham as defensive coordinator and a large part of the defense.

Granted, there are quite a few upcoming free agents, but at the same time, there are on offense, too. The Raiders will be ready. And if they aren't healthy, they cannot compete in the division against the likes of the Kansas City Chiefs, Denver Broncos, and Los Angeles Chargers. Luckily, Crosby is about ready.
