Kolton Miller Wants To Be With Raiders ‘For Life’

The Las Vegas Raiders look and sound like a new team ahead of the 2025 season as the new regime and rebuilt roster have been hard at work during OTAs.

Raiders fans can finally relax about Kolton Miller after latest comments

New head coach Pete Carroll has a tough challenge ahead of him as he looks to make the Raiders a more competitive team in a loaded AFC West. Carroll and general manager John Spytek did a good job of addressing some of the needs on the roster, though they’ll still face an uphill climb during the regular season.

Geno Smith is one of the new faces on the Raiders and should be feeling fortunate that his new offensive line is better than his old one with the Seattle Seahawks. One of the key pieces up front is Kolton Miller, who’s established himself as one of the best tackles in the league.

While Las Vegas and Miller continue to work out a possible contract extension, the offensive lineman expressed his love for the city and the organization.

“I want to be a Raider for life,” Miller said. “I love it here. I don’t want to go anywhere else. I only know one way to do it, and that’s showing up, getting better each day.”

Miller also acknowledged the work that offensive coordinator Chip Kelly and Carroll have done to revamp their scheme.

“I love it,” Miller said. “The pieces we’ve added this offseason, the energy, the direction — Pete has really master crafted coming in and how to do things, and the guys, we’re taking it and we’re rolling. It’s been really fun, and we’ve gotten so much — this is probably one of the most productive OTAs I’ve been a part of. It’s not easy, like we’re kind of flying around. But no, it’s been really good, and I’m excited where we’re headed.”

Throughout OTAs, players like Miller have had nothing but good things to say about Carroll and the direction the team is heading in. While Miller has yet to see much winning in Las Vegas, it’s clear he enjoys his time with the organization, and they should certainly extend him sooner rather than later.

Jakobi Meyers expresses desire to stay with Raiders long-term

Kolton Miller isn’t the only veteran on the Las Vegas Raiders who wants to remain with the franchise. Jakobi Meyers also expressed his desire to stay with the Raiders long-term, and he would be a worthwhile player to keep around because of his consistency on the field.
