Knicks’ Playoff Outlook Suffers Big Blow After Loss to Pistons

   

The New York Knicks are still not set when it comes to playoff seeding. On Thursday night, Tom Thibodeau and company lost to the Detroit Pistons by a final score of 115-106 to fall to 50-30.

In the loss, the Knicks were led in scoring by Karl-Anthony Towns, who put up 25 points to go along with 10 rebounds and five assists. Precious Achiuwa socred 18 points and grabbed 10 rebounds, while Mikal Bridges scored 17 and Jalen Brunson added 15.

Due to the loss, the team's playoff outlook suffered a big blow.

At this point in the season with just two games remaining, New York is in danger of dropping from the No. 3 seed. The last two games of the season will come at home against the Cleveland Cavaliers and on the road against the Brooklyn Nets.
