Kenneth Walker among 13 Seahawks players on Wednesday injury report for Patriots game

The first injury report is out for the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots. While last week’s injury report was fairly clean, the aches and pains from the opening game of the season mean that Wednesday’s report is quite hefty.

Running back Kenneth Walker, outside linebacker Uchenna Nwosu, right tackle George Fant, and starting inside linebacker Tyrel Dodson were all DNPs. Walker suffered an oblique injury against the Denver Broncos, Fant dinged up his knee on the opening drive, Nwosu sprained his MCL in preseason and is already ruled out, but Dodson’s shoulder injury is new info.

Wide receiver Tyler Lockett was limited in practice with a thigh injury but that’s nothing to be alarmed about. Jerome Baker, Riq Woolen, and Tre Brown are all new additions to the injury report with their respective injuries. The good news is Pharaoh Brown practiced after missing last week with a foot injury. Noah Fant had been dealing with a toe injury and remains a limited participant.

The full participants were Laken Tomlinson (ankle) and Anthony Bradford (knee), Seattle’s starting guards.

Meanwhile, the Patriots injury report notable has starting left guard Sidy Sow still out with an ankle injury. He was replaced by Michael Jordan, making him the most famous guard named Michael Jordan in the history of sports.

Keep in mind that Wednesday injury reports tend to be the most cautious, so we’ll have a better idea of who might play/who might not by Friday.
