Here comes the bride!
Bachelor Nation fans saw Kelsey Anderson and Joey Graziadei fall in love and get engaged on Season 28 of “The Bachelor.”
The two have been enjoying their lives together and traveling the world since their time on the show and are starting to plan their wedding.
This week, Kelsey stopped by the “Bachelor Happy Hour” podcast to talk about their plans and share the first wedding details of their big day!
Serena Pitt asked Kelsey if she and Joey have started planning yet, and the bride-to-be revealed they haven’t officially begun but do have ideas of what they’re wanting.

“We haven’t started yet because we are trying to figure out location, but once we have a location kind of narrowed down, then we’re gonna start wedding planning,” Kelsey said, “One of our areas that we’re thinking about is the Carolinas. We thought it was a good middle part between both of us. My family’s in Louisiana, his is in Philly, so that’s like a good little segue between the two states. And then we were also kind of thinking maybe Italy for a destination wedding. But then we were like, ‘We don’t want to make it too hard for everyone going there.’”
Serena also brought up that a current bridal trend is to reconstruct a loved one’s wedding dress and incorporate it into the wedding day, and asked Kelsey if that’s something she’s planning on doing for her and Joey’s wedding.
“I think maybe so,” Kelsey answered, “So my mom actually ended up not wearing the wedding dress that she had, but I think that maybe I would take a piece of some type of clothing of hers that meant a lot to me and somehow incorporate it into something in our wedding for sure. I definitely want a piece of my mom in our wedding and I think I’m a very sentimental person, so there’s a lot of ideas that I have of incorporating the people that aren’t with us presently anymore into our wedding. Like Joey’s grandma who passed away, she was very, very special to him, and same with his grandpa. And so I’m trying to think of ways that we can still honor them because they were big people in our lives.”

Continuing on what they’re envisioning for their wedding, Joe Amabile asked the Bachelor Nation star if she has any major wants or “do not wants” for their big day.
Kelsey revealed, “Not really. Honestly, I feel like I need a wedding planner to help me narrow down all the little details because I feel like there’s so many details. The only thing I, really Joey and I both have said, is that we want it to just be a big party.
“Like, after we say our vows, we just want to have a big celebration. We want everyone on the dance floor, so we gotta find the perfect band, perfect DJ, you know whatever we choose. But yeah, I don’t think there’s anything that I’m like, absolutely not. I’m pretty open. But I don’t think I want everything to be super traditional. I want it to kind of just form to how we feel is right for us.”
