Julius Randle Provides Update On His Recovery From Injury

Before the 2024 NBA Playoffs even began, the New York Knicks were a shorthanded team with star forward Julius Randle going down with a season-ending shoulder injury and the team dealing with a banged-up newcomer in OG Anunoby.

Fortunately for New York, Anunoby got back on the floor during the postseason and helped the Knicks reach the second round, falling one win shy of making it to the Eastern Conference Finals, an impressive feat considering the circumstances.

Even though Tyrese Haliburton and the Indiana Pacers got the best of the Knicks in the second round, the future looked bright with superstar guard Jalen Brunson leading the way.

Then, this offseason, the Knicks were able to re-sign Anunoby while also adding star forward Mikal Bridges to the roster in a trade with the Brooklyn Nets.

Along with now having Bridges in the mix in New York, the Knicks appear to be on the verge of getting Randle back in the fold with training camp around the corner, as he recently gave a positive update on his status.
