Jax Taylor Has Dinner Plans with a Real Housewives Star

Jax Taylor is expanding his social circle within the Bravo universe, recently revealing that “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum Kim Zolciak contacted him about meeting for dinner. The unexpected connection between the two reality stars emerged during a preview for “The Valley’s” reunion show, where Taylor shared details about their recent interaction.

The 46-year-old reality personality disclosed that Zolciak had been in touch about coordinating a meal during his upcoming visit to Atlanta.

“The last person I probably talked to is Kim Zolciak,” Taylor revealed during the reunion preview. “I talked to her yesterday. I’m going to be in Atlanta. She asked, ‘Do you want to meet for dinner?’ So, I’ll have a good dinner with her.”

The timing of their connection comes as both Taylor and Zolciak are dealing with significant personal issues. Taylor recently announced his departure from “The Valley” after completing treatment for mental health and substance abuse issues, while Zolciak continues to deal with her estranged relationship with husband Kroy Biermann.

Host Andy Cohen playfully noted Zolciak’s availability during the reunion conversation, to which Taylor responded diplomatically, “I’m good,” indicating he’s focused on his recovery rather than romance.

Previous Bravo Connections

This isn’t the first time Taylor has shown support for Zolciak within the Bravo community. In March 2018, the “Vanderpump Rules” alum defended Zolciak and her husband on social media when they faced criticism from fans about their relationship dynamics.

According to Bravo TV, Taylor came to the couple’s defense on Twitter, responding to critics who questioned Kroy Biermann‘s role in driving Kim to various events. “It’s called loving your wife… such a messed up thing to say,” Taylor wrote, defending their marriage against online negativity.

Taylor’s support continued with additional tweets backing the family against detractors. “Really, how was your [NFL] career homie… yeah….shut up. Go back under your rock,” he posted. “@Kimzolciak and her family are amazing. You do not [have] a single clue what you are talking about. Jealousy is very ugly on you. Sad.”

Taylor’s Current Focus

Taylor’s mention of connecting with various Bravo personalities comes as he works on his recovery and co-parenting with his estranged wife, Brittany Cartwright. His decision to step away from “The Valley” reflects his commitment to addressing mental health and substance abuse issues.

In his July 16 departure statement, Taylor explained his priorities: “Right now, my focus needs to be on my sobriety, my mental health, and co-parenting. Taking this time is necessary for me to become the best version of myself — especially for our son, Cruz.”

Andy Cohen expressed support for Taylor’s decision during his SiriusXM radio show, stating he was “very pleased with his decision” and believed it showed Taylor was “reading the room well.” Cohen emphasized the importance of Taylor working on his issues away from the cameras.

“He seems very committed, from our conversations, to his sobriety,” Cohen said. “And I hope time away from the cameras will further encourage that and further encourage him to get it together.”

During the reunion preview, Taylor also mentioned communicating with other Bravo figures, including Gretchen Rossi from “Real Housewives of Orange County,” suggesting he maintains connections throughout the network despite his current focus on personal healing.

Production sources indicate that Taylor’s future with Bravo remains open, with The US Sun reporting that there are “certain steps he can take for him to come back” if he continues working on his health and sobriety.
