Jax and Brittany's Son Cruz Just Reached A Major Milestone: "He's the Best..."

VPR: Five Cute Photos Of Jax And Brittany's Son Cruz Cauchi Growing Up

Brittany Cartwright is choosing to focus on her 3-year-old son, Cruz Cauchi, who she co-parents with her ex, Jax Taylor, amid their ongoing divorce. The Valley cast member has been very open about how committed she is to her son's happiness, from celebrating his milestones to working on herself for the sake of him.

In a new interview with E! News, Brittany shared a sweet update on Cruz, revealing that she recently discovered he loves being in the water, and as a result, hit a major swimming milestone.

"He's the best swimmer in the world," Brittany said.

"He's only three and he can go to the bottom of the deep end, get toys, come up," she explained. "He can do flips in the water."

Brittany also told The Daily Dish in April that Cruz was busy with "swimming lessons" and was "getting ready to start soccer." Now, sixth months later, it's clear that the little boy's hard work has paid off. He has been spending so much time in the pool in her home in the Valley, both during the day and at night.

Cruz and Brittany even hung out in Vanderpump Rules' Scheana Shay and Brock Davies' pool this summer, too. Clearly, he's a lover of the water — no matter when or where he's swimming.

Brittany Cartwright reveals how son Cruz Cauchi has grown up

It's safe to say that Cruz did a lot of growing up over the summer, right in front of Jax and Brittany's eyes. He started off the season in June by celebrating his last day of pre-school. And by July, Brittany could not get over how grown up he looked while hanging out on her family farm in Kentucky.

During a September 20 episode of her podcast, When Reality Hits, Brittany opened up about how much their son had grown over the summer. "I feel like Cruz is really big for his age," she said.

"So he's always a lot taller than his classmates and his friends around his age...they think he's going to be really tall. And it's crazy because he just feels so big whenever I carry him. He takes up half my body," she noted. "His little feet are dangling past my knees. It's just insane."
