Southern Charm's Shep Rose just made a grand gesture to both Andy Cohen and Teddi Mellencamp. 
Shep Rose is giving out shark tooth necklaces to his nearest and dearest Bravo friends.
After giving a megalodon necklace to his then-girlfriend, Sienna Evans, on Southern Charm Season 10 (after previously gifting a similar necklace to ex-girlfriend Taylor Ann Green a few years prior), Shep promised to give Andy Cohen one at the Season 10 reunion.
On April 8, the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host took to his Instagram Story to reveal that Shep followed through and got him a necklace from Foxy Fossils.
"Well, well, well. Guess who kept his promise from the Southern Charm reunion," Andy shared while showcasing his newest jewelry piece. "Mr. Shep Rose sent me my very own shark tooth necklace."
The dad of two added, "I mean, I kind of feel like Shep should be here to make this official but I don't know if this means we're a thing or what, but I'll take it. And thanks to the folks at Foxy Fossils who also sent some shark cufflinks and a shark bracelet. Very cool. Thanks everybody."
Andy then addressed Shep directly, joking, "Shep, you're a man of your word, what can I say? He also sent me a very long text about how we're meant for each other. No, he didn't."
Shep reposted Andy's Story on his own page, and wrote, "We are now an item! But I'm also dating [Teddi Mellencamp]. Y'all can share me. Lots of Shep to go around."
Shep Rose gifted Teddi Mellencamp a shark tooth necklace
Shep also gifted one of the now-infamous shark tooth necklaces to his childhood friend, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Teddi Mellencamp.
After reuniting for a lunch in Los Angeles in March 2025, Teddi asked Shep for a necklace as well.
Now, it appears that he obliged! Teddi even posted a photo of the texts she sent Shep after she got the necklace in the mail.
"It's a big boy," she wrote to the Southern Charm-er.
"[Shep Rose,] you made my treatment day," Teddi, who is battling cancer, wrote alongside the screenshot. "I can't wait to sport this tooth on my first red carpet back."
Teddi later posted a selfie of her wearing the unique piece with her pajamas, which you can check out below.
Shep re-shared the photo on his page, and wrote, "You look great [Teddi Mellencamp]. Love you."

Shep loves to gift the shark tooth necklaces because he is friends with the woman who makes them at Foxy Fossils. "The girl that sells them is a good friend of mine, she's from the Bahamas, and it's a shark tooth necklace," he said on the Southern Charm After Show. "It doesn't mean anything,"
