How Madison LeCroy ‘Ghosted’ Paige DeSorbo After Craig Conover Breakup

When couples split up, it’s natural for their friends to feel like they have to pick sides. So when Craig Conover and Paige DeSorbo ended their three-year relationship last fall, she shouldn’t have been surprised when his Southern Charm costar Madison LeCroy suddenly gave her the silent treatment.

On April 23, Paige told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live that Madison “ghosted” her after the breakup. “I was really sad … because I loved Madison,” the Summer House star claimed. “Like, I really thought we were close.”

Paige added that she “had heard” that Madison was “saying some not-so-nice stuff about me” in the months before the split. She did hear from Madison following the breakup, but it just felt off.

“It wasn’t really a check-in,” she continued. “And I was like, ‘I don’t need to give anyone tea right now.’ And then shortly thereafter, it was very obvious she was [on Craig’s side]. So I was like, ‘It’s best to just leave it. That’s [his] friend.’”

When news of the couple’s split surfaced, their respective casts were quick to circle the wagons. During a January Amazon Live, Madison mentioned that she’d told Craig he still had “so much to look forward to” in his life.

In her own visit to Andy’s Clubhouse earlier this month, Madison suggested that her and Paige’s relationship had cooled. “I always loved Paige and I always will, I just haven’t heard from her since they broke up,” Madison claimed. “I did reach out, got ghosted.”

Additionally, the former hairdresser seemed miffed that Paige “didn’t congratulate” her when she announced her pregnancy in February. Although she claims not to have any grudge against Craig’s ex, she thought Paige’s silence made her feelings clear.

While sharing her happiness that Craig had moved on with Natalie Buffet, Paige emphasized that she had really loved him … until she realized they wanted different lives.

“I loved him, I wanted to marry him,” she said. On Summer House Season 9, fans see Paige “working through all of those emotions in real time. I [can] see my brain working.”
