The "proud" RHOC alum gushed about her daughter's achievements in a heartfelt tribute shared for her birthday.
Vicki Gunvalson's love tank is full, thanks to her "beautiful daughter," Briana Culberson. In honor of Briana's 38th birthday in April, The Real Housewives of Orange County mom shared a collage of family photos that also included son-in-law Ryan Culberson, as well as her grandchildren, Troy, Owen, Hank, and Cora.
"I am so proud of you, and you have continued to awe me and inspire so many others [in] everything you do," Vicki captioned the recent Instagram tribute. "From being an incredible wife, mother, entrepreneur, health coach, nurse, daughter, sister and friend to so many… you continue to make me SO happy for you as you are living your best life."
In closing, Vicki noted that she misses Briana, who now lives in Oklahoma, "daily" and was looking forward to getting together to whoop it up soon. "You are loved," Vicki wrote, adding "my daughter" and "proud mom" hashtags.
What Briana Culberson is doing now
As Vicki revealed, Briana's life has taken some major turns lately. In recent weeks, for example, the emergency room nurse shared a behind-the-scenes look at her business trip to Bali, Indonesia with Young Living Essential Oils, the Utah-based wellness company she began working for in 2022.
"To think, 3.5 years ago I was stuck in flight or fight, overworked, missing [much] of my kids lives while working [the] night shift in the ER and sleeping during the day. Sick, sad, and miserable," she captioned an Instagram photo of her and Ryan, at the time. "Now I'm on a *work* trip in Bali with my coworker/bff. Unreal. Thank you to everyone who has hopped on this healing journey with us and supported our small business. We are so grateful."
Why Briana Culberson's family moved to Oklahoma
Shortly after stepping away from her nursing career, Briana and husband of 13 years Ryan packed up their four children and relocated to an Oklahoma family farm, where they now raise lambs, chickens, and dogs.
"This actually was our 12th move in 12 years of marriage," she explained in a 2023 interview with BravoTV.com. "Most of those [moves] obviously were with the Marines. After Ryan retired from the Marines, we were just searching for our forever home and where we felt comfortable raising our kids."
After testing the waters in Ryan's home state of North Carolina and then Illinois, the couple still "didn't love some things" about living in either place. "So we were like, 'Let's just go back to Oklahoma,' where we were stationed years ago," the RHOC daughter added. "It's where our second son was born."
Briana Culberson opens up about her health journey
Following her Lupus diagnosis in 2016, Briana has also been keeping fans up to date on her health journey via social media and providing insight on how physical activity has helped her feel better.
"I try to incorporate as much walking and movement into my daily routine," she captioned a February Instagram video. "Walking daily and consistently has been incredible for my physical and mental health. It doesn't have to be overly complicated, small daily habit changes can make a huge impact on how we feel!"
As Briana also previously shared in a January social media post, various "health struggles and poor lifestyle choices" had put her in a "horrible mental and physical place," in the past. "I no longer view exercise as a punishment for what I ate, but instead as a celebration for what my body can do," she wrote. "My purpose is to be healthy for my family."
