Giants Predicted to Sign 10-Time Pro Bowl QB to Replace Daniel Jones

The New York Giants continue to search for a long-term option at quarterback, having finished last season with a 3-14 record.

Don't count out Daniel Jones as the Giants' starting quarterback just yet

During their disappointing season, the Giants played several different quarterbacks, including Daniel Jones, Tommy DeVito and Drew Lock.

Jones entered the year as the starter and was eventually moved to the Minnesota Vikings.

As the Giants look toward the future of the franchise, a quarterback prospect is in play, most notably from the 2025 NFL Draft, but there are also a few interesting names in the free-agent market.

Ten-time Pro Bowl quarterback and former New York Jets signal-caller, Aaron Rodgers, is currently on the market, having played for the Gang Green the last two seasons.

A recent free agency prediction article by Cory Woodroof at USA Today, linked Rodgers with the New York Giants. Woodroof predicts the Giants will sign Rodgers and potentially draft a young prospect to learn under the future Hall of Fame quarterback.

Last season, Rodgers recorded 28 touchdowns and 3,897 yards with a 63.0 completion percentage. The 41-year-old led the Jets to a 5-12 season.

In his first year with the franchise, the 10-time Pro Bowler and four-time MVP was sidelined due to an Achilles injury.

While he's in the latter half of his NFL career, Rodgers had a productive season for the Jets and could make an immediate impact on the Giants.
