Former Vanderpump Rules Producer Reveals Surprise Lisa Vanderpump Call After Tell-All Videos

Recently, a former producer for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Vanderpump Rules has come forward with some complaints about Bravo’s alleged working conditions. Of course, this brings back memories of the “Reality Reckoning” sparked by Bethenny Frankel. However, now Pump Rules star Lisa Vanderpump has become part of this storyline.

Lisa Vanderpump allegedly asked former Pump Rules producer Patrick McDonald about his video plans

The producer, Patrick McDonald, previously claimed that some of the Bravo shows he worked on had an “incredibly toxic work culture.” He also alleged that he was “extremely burned-out, overworked, and exhausted.” However, Patrick was also reportedly well-liked by his co-workers and the stars that he worked with.

When Patrick was a guest on the Just B with Bethenny Frankel podcast, he revealed that he received a surprise call from Lisa. However, Patrick has not heard directly from Bravo. “I worked with her for two years, you know, I produced two seasons of Vanderpump Rules. We always had a really great working relationship,” Patrick stated. “I haven’t spoken to her since we wrapped Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules. And then over the weekend after I posted the video, I got a call from Lisa.”

He continued, “The first words out of her mouth after saying hello were, ‘So is it just these two videos then, or is there more to come?’” She also allegedly warned him that speaking out could “cost” him as far as job opportunities were concerned.

However, Patrick felt that his posts could help others. “I said, ‘Well, Lisa … I don’t really stand to gain a lot from what I’m doing here, other than trying to initiate some change for these hardworking crews on my way out,’” Patrick said.

As for Lisa? The rebooted VPR has begun filming with its all-new cast, so Lisa surely has her hands full.
