Letroy Guion played 68 games (31 starts) for the Minnesota Vikings over the course of six seasons after being drafted by the organization in the fifth round of the 2008 NFL Draft. Due to injuries, he played in just nine games over his first two years with the team, but did eventually become one of their starting defensive tackles by 2012.

After leaving Minnesota, Guion signed with the rival Green Bay Packers, with whom he played 44 games (35 starts) over three seasons. His time with the Packers, though, was mired by suspensions and legal troubles, which eventually ended his NFL career.

And now, his legal troubles are back.

According to Easton Butler of Packer Report, Guion was arrested in Brown County, Wisconsin (where Green Bay is located). He has been charged with disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property, and probation violation:

As mentioned, this is just the latest in what has turned into a long run of legal troubles for the former Vikings draft pick. In 2015, he was arrested for possession of marijuana and felony possession of a firearm in Florida.

In February of 2024, Guion was arrested for a parole violation. He had been on probation following a 2023 conviction for a 2021 domestic violence charge involving his ex-wife.

As mentioned previously, Guion faced a litany of legal troubles during his playing days with the Packers. During his tenure with the team, he was arrested for the aforementioned drugs and weapons possession as well as a DUI.

Not only that, but Guion was always suspended by the NFL for violating its policy on performance enhancing drugs.

His DUI arrest, which happened after the league announced his suspension for the first four games of the 2017 season, prompted Green Bay to release him. He did not appear in the NFL after that.
