Five Things Bold & Beautiful *Needs* to Deliver During Nick’s Summer Storyline

No pressure, Bold & Beautiful, but expectations are high for Jack Wagner’s return as Jack Marone in the Monday, June 16, episode. It’s been more than a decade since the fan favorite sailed out of Los Angeles, leaving a part of his heart behind with lost love Brooke Logan. 5. Sibling Rivalry

Ridge Forrester needs his ego deflated in a big way. Who better to cut the narcissistic dressmaker down to size than Nick, his quick-witted half brother and one of the few men to ever offer any real competition for Brooke — and, for that matter, Taylor Hayes. 4. The Shady Marlin

Please don’t tell us that Nick’s boat has sunk. It would make for the perfect place for him to wax nostalgic with Brooke in such a way that she stops looking back at what they once had and starts looking forward to what they still could have. On that note…

3. Romance for ‘Brick’

We’ve all had enough of Brooke moping over her thwarted “destiny.” Let Nick turn on the charm and help his ex get her groove back in the process. She’s beautiful, rich and powerful — and deserves to be fawned over the way always has over Ridge. (Based on the spoilers we’ve read, this one’s a lock.)

2. Reunions With His Exes

Brooke may be endgame for Nick, but she’s certainly not the only game that he’s played. So we’d like to see the show acknowledge his intense pasts with both her daughter Bridget and sister Katie. After all, Nick isn’t the kinda guy to let a former love feel forgotten.

1. The Missing Link

Bold & Beautiful has said that Nick won’t be returning with son Jack, but we’re still hoping against hope that that was a fib. The storyline possibilities are just too great for the young man who was carried to term by Taylor… accidentally using an egg donated by Brooke.
