Former Alabama men’s basketball guard Kris Parker is back in the transfer portal.
Parker told On3 on Tuesday that he had made the decision to put his name into the transfer portal for the second consecutive offseason.
Parker spent the past year with Villanova after he redshirted in 2023-24 while on Alabama’s roster. After not playing the entire year for the Crimson Tide on the Final Four team, Parker entered the transfer portal last spring, too.
Parker then went on to play in 27 games for Villanova, not starting any but averaging 10.1 minutes per game. The 6-9, 201-pound Tallahassee native averaged 2.6 points, 1.4 rebounds, 0.5 assists, 0.2 blocks and 0.2 steals over those minutes.
