Eagles to Induct Malcolm Jenkins and Bucko Kilroy into Team Hall of Fame This November

The Philadelphia Eagles are honoring two icons from very different eras of the franchise, announcing that Malcolm Jenkins and Bucko Kilroy will be inducted into the Eagles Hall of Fame this November. The ceremony will take place at Lincoln Financial Field during halftime of the team’s Week 11 home game.

Jenkins, one of the most respected leaders in franchise history, played six seasons in Philadelphia from 2014 to 2019. A three-time Pro Bowler with the Eagles, he was the heart of the defense during the team’s historic Super Bowl LII run. Known for his versatility, football IQ, and leadership both on and off the field, Jenkins became a symbol of accountability in the locker room. “This is the greatest honor I could receive from this organization,” Jenkins said. “Philly will always be home to me.”

Bucko Kilroy’s connection to the Eagles dates back to the franchise’s golden years. A dominant two-way player from 1943 to 1955, Kilroy was a three-time Pro Bowl guard who helped Philadelphia win back-to-back NFL Championships in 1948 and 1949. After retiring as a player, he served the organization in multiple front office roles, leaving a lasting legacy that spanned decades.

Chairman and CEO Jeffrey Lurie praised both inductees for their lasting impact. “Malcolm and Bucko represent everything it means to be an Eagle — excellence, toughness, and an unwavering commitment to the team,” Lurie said. “Their contributions, both on the field and beyond, have shaped the history of this franchise.”

Fans can expect an emotional celebration when both legends are enshrined during the November ceremony. The team is planning video tributes, special appearances from former teammates, and a chance for the crowd to show its appreciation.

With these additions, the Eagles Hall of Fame will grow to 88 members — each representing a piece of Philadelphia football history. For Jenkins, the honor cements his status as one of the most important players of the modern era, while Kilroy’s induction ensures that the glory of the past remains woven into the team’s story.

November can’t come soon enough for Eagles Nation.
