Dolphins' Terron Armstead Receives Prestigious Senior Bowl Honor

The Senior Bowl Hall of Fame Class of 2025 features a familiar name to Miami Dolphins fans. Offensive tackle Terron Armstead joins center Alex Mack, cornerback Richard Sherman, defensive tackle Geno Atkins, and head coach Jon Gruden as the latest inductees.

Coming out of tiny Arkansas-Pine Bluff, Armstead used the Senior Bowl and an epic NFL Combine performance to jumpstart his ascension to NFL greatness.

The New Orleans Saints drafted Armstead in the third round (75th overall) of the 2013 NFL Draft, but it didn't take long for the offensive tackle to make his mark in the National Football League.

Armstead made three consecutive Pro Bowl appearances from 2018 to 2020, but a lengthy injury history and an ugly cap situation in New Orleans forced him into free agency in 2022.

He signed a five-year, $75 million contract with the Dolphins, where he made two more Pro Bowl appearances in 2022 and 2023.

Much like his time in New Orleans, Armstead fought through various injuries over the years in Miami. That's left him in a situation where he's reportedly leaning toward retirement.

Whatever Armstead decides, he can hold his head high, knowing he left it all on the field. And it all started back in 2013 in Mobile, Alabama.
