Grant is a 30-year-old day trader from New Jersey. He caught Jenn's attention during The Bachelorette season 21 premiere when he came out of the limousine dancing, beatboxing, and singing a song to Jenn that he wrote for her. He also danced with her. Later in the night, Grant and Jenn played basketball together.
During Grant's Bachelorette premiere package, (shared in part via the Bachelorette Instagram page), he revealed that he's been playing basketball since he was about eight years old, and he loves it. He was the first Division 1 signee at his high school. The Bachelorette season 21 contestant graduated from Albertus Magnus College, and he then went overseas and played as a professional athlete. However, Grant got injured, and so his basketball career ended. Grant then got into the finance field. He said that the only thing that he's missing right now is his person.

According to Reality Steve, Jenn didn't get engaged to Grant. In week 2, he participated in the first group date of the season in Australia, which was a comedy roast. Grant received the group date rose from Jenn on this date. During week 3, he competed in a male stripper revue on a group date. He then traveled to Auckland, New Zealand with Jenn and the other men, during which he went on another group date.
During week 5, Jenn chose Grant for a one-on-one date, and they went horseback riding. In week 6, he was on another group date in Seattle, Washington, which involved a radio call-in show. Jenn eliminated Grant after this date, right before her hometown dates.
While it's disappointing to hear that Jenn and Grant didn't end up engaged to each other, it'll be exciting to watch their connection grow throughout The Bachelorette season 21. Grant is definitely one to watch in the season. He's a strong and kind man who knows what he wants in life. Since it didn't work out for him and Jenn, Grant would be perfect as the next star of The Bachelor.
