Even though the Kansas City Chiefs have dominated the rivalry between them and the Denver Broncos for the last six years or so - probably more, it's apparent the two franchises still don't like one another. They respect each other, but they don't like one another if that makes any sense.
With the history of this rivalry all time, it makes sense as to why there would be so much animosity towards one another. The Denver Broncos haven't been good in some time, and the Chiefs, well, they are going for a three-peat in 2024, but that doesn't change anything.
So, when one of the greatest players to ever play for your team does something in regard to your biggest rival, the Kansas City Chiefs, it may catch the attention of the fans and others. That's what Von Miller did.
Some may say he is the greatest Broncos defensive player ever. He is certainly up there, and you can even put him pretty high on the all-time list of players who played offense or defense. He was that good. Miller is a lot of fans' favorite player ever, and, it makes sense why.
Recently, the Kansas City Chiefs had their ring ceremony for their fourth Super Bowl ring, making that the most in the AFC West, as they, the Broncos, and Las Vegas Raiders were previously all tied with three.
During that ring ceremony, which saw Patrick Mahomes receive his third Super Bowl ring, the young quarterback posted a picture of him with the rings.
In the comments of the Instagram post, Miller commented the goat emoji, which usually means that person is being called the greatest of all time. Now, Mahomes may have a while before he is the greatest of all time, and some Broncos fans may not like that because they may feel that Peyton Manning is higher all time than Mahomes.
Of course, it's all subjective. But, there will for sure be some fans that get upset from that by Miller.
