Craig also shared what he did with Paige's engagement ring post-breakup on Part 2 of the Season 10 Southern Charm reunion.
Craig Conover and Paige DeSorbo are still hashing out the final moments of the end of their relationship, including how each has since handled the split. Most recently, Craig addressed the timeline of their breakup during Part 2 of Season 10’s Southern Charm reunion.
“’It was a full month that we were broken up and I didn’t say anything,’” reunion host Andy Cohen said as he read a statement from Paige. “’And [Craig] asked me not to say anything.’”
“That’s not true,” Craig responded.
Craig insisted during Part 1 of the reunion that although Paige called him to break up after Thanksgiving, their relationship was up in the air through December.
“After Watch What Happens Live [on December 12], I went to her apartment to just be like, ‘So what’s happening?’” Craig said. “And she was like, ‘I probably am making the worst mistake of my life, but I need to go find myself.’”
Craig admitted that he was a bit in denial about the breakup with Paige.
“I’m really sad, but there’s a lot of lightness to it,” he said during Part 2 of the reunion. “I did a lot of living by myself. And in my head, I was like, ‘One day we’ll do this together.’ So, I was in love with not reality. I was in love with the potential of what I thought we could be. And I think yes, I was blinded by wanting to make it work, I guess.”
Craig admitted to Shep Rose and Austen Kroll in Episode 15 that he’d purchased an engagement ring for Paige, and during Part 2 of the reunion, he described the ring.
“She was like, ‘I’d like you to get me a ring. I think it’s time,’” Craig shared. “So, I had it made here. It’s a four-carat elongated cushion cut, with a half carat of diamonds around the band.”
But Craig said Paige didn’t want him to propose right away.
“By the time I got the ring, she was like, ‘I’d rather you wait until after I announce the business,’” Craig said at the reunion. “But looking back, it didn’t feel totally right. I was nervous. But not the good type of nervous.”
Craig said the ring came up again during his month of uncertainty with Paige, adding to his claim that he didn’t ask Paige to keep things quiet.
“And then I asked her like, ‘Well, what do you want me to do with your ring?’ She was like, ‘Well, keep it. Maybe we’ll get married at BravoCon,’” Craig claimed during Part 1 of the reunion.
Craig gave an update on the ring’s whereabouts now during Part 2 of the reunion.
“I’ll bring it back to the jeweler. I don’t re-gift jewelry like my friend over there,” he said, poking fun at Shep buying girlfriends Sienna Evans and Taylor Ann Green the same necklaces.
Andy pointed out at the reunion that Craig has unfollowed Summer House’s Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula on social media as they defend Paige post-breakup.
“Yeah. They said there was something wrong with how I’ve been handling being broken up with,” Craig explained.
He pointed to his Feb. 6, 2025 WWHL appearance when he said Paige’s cast was upset that he wasn’t “reading Reddit every day and getting on there and defending her.”
“She broke up with me,” Craig said at the reunion. “I’ve f—king protected her to the ends of the earth. But that ended the day that you cut me out of your life.”
Craig also admitted during Part 2 of the reunion that he wasn’t dating yet, despite Madison LeCroy sending him prospective dates on social media.
“The dating thing. I feel like — I know it sounds silly to the boys sometimes — but I feel like I just kinda want to be fully healed. And I think that that’s OK,” Craig said at the reunion.
However, the Sewing Down South founder is now moving on, and confirmed he is now dating someone new during his March 27, 2025, WWHL appearance.
