Washington Commanders running back Brian Robinson Jr. was listed as questionable on Friday’s final injury report ahead of the Week 7 matchup against the Carolina Panthers.
Robinson missed last week’s game against the Baltimore Ravens with a knee injury. Head coach Dan Quinn sounded optimistic about Robinson’s chances to play when he spoke to the media Friday.
“Yeah, Brian had a good week, so everything’s trending up,” Quinn said. “We’ll take him through tomorrow and into the game and see what it looks like. But it was a hard miss last week, and so it’s good to see him trending in the right spots and we’ll see him make sure recoveries and all the stuff into tomorrow and into the game.”
Late Saturday night, Adam Schefter of ESPN reported that Robinson was expected to play in Week 7.

That’s certainly good news for Washington. Robinson leads the Commanders with 325 rushing yards, averaging 4.5 yards per carry and five touchdowns.
