The Kansas City Chiefs had Sunday to rest after they defeated the Las Vegas Raiders in a rare Black Friday matchup.
Although the Chiefs didn't play, there were still plenty of crucial matchups that occurred with the playoffs just six weeks away. One of those matchups was on "Sunday Night Football," where the Buffalo Bills hosted the San Francisco 49ers.
The Bills handed the Chiefs their one loss this season, and are just one game behind Kansas City for the top seed in the AFC with the postseason quickly approaching.
However, just because the teams are rivals in the conference and often face each other in the playoffs, doesn't mean they don't enjoy watching each other.
Bills quarterback Josh Allen, who is currently the consensus betting favorite to win MVP, made a "play of the year" candidate when he caught a lateral from receiver Amari Cooper and took in a five-yard touchdown.
The play counted as both a passing and receiving touchdown for Allen, and instantly went viral online.

Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes clearly took notice of the viral play, posting a three-word reaction shortly after it happened.
"That was lit," exclaimed Mahomes.
Mahomes' reaction proves that there is a clear mutual respect between the two superstar quarterbacks.
That was lit!

Mahomes and Allen have faced each other eight times, including the playoffs, with the series currently tied at 4-4.
However, Mahomes has been victorious every time they have faced each other in the playoffs. If both teams continue to perform the way they have so far, there could be another playoff matchup coming in the near future.
