The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback recentlywent golfing with his family, and the picture they took has fans fearing the worst.
To be in the NFL, one definitely has to take good care of their bodies, but that does not necessarily mean that you have to be chiseled.
Kansas City Chiefs superstar quarterback Patrick Mahomes recently was seen golfing with his wife, Brittany, and two of their children. They stopped to take a picture, and that photo has some fans freaking out.
In the photo, Mahomes is wearing a golf shirt, and it it creates the impression that he’s something other than slim.
This has led to fans fearing the worst, and saying that he is "severely out of shape".
The future Hall of Famer is currently listed at 6-2, 225 pounds, and it remains true he is not quite as muscular and “jacked” as some other NFL players, especially when you look on the defensive of the ball.
But here's the thing...
Mahomes - who had often joked about his “dad bod” - won three Super Bowls before he even turned 29, two of them being back to back. While he may not be the most chiseled guy, that does not mean that he cannot get the job done.
And he can, as every single person that works in the NFL knows.
The fact that some fans are freaking out and saying that Mahomes isn't fit enough for the 2025 season shows that the Chiefs' loss in this past season's Super Bowl has made some people forget just how dominant he has been for years.
Mahomes will be looking to lead Kansas City back to the big game in 2025 and prove that fans are being paranoid for no reason.
