The Southern Charm alum is opening up about her exercise routine and details her go-to "running essentials."
Cameran Eubanks just shared an illuminating update on her health journey.
On April 22, the Southern Charm alum hopped on her Instagram Stories to reveal where she's at with her exercise routine these days. "My running journey is slow but steady. I used to LOATHE it but now I tolerate it lol," Cameran began over the photo of herself taking to the pavement in bright white sneakers. "I enjoy the results that I see and the way I feel so I press on."
Cameran continued her statement by noting that when she began her running routine, she could "barely" run for a few minutes. "Don't feel discouraged if it's hard when you start," she encouraged her followers.
Cameran went on to share her "running essentials" for a decent workout. Cameran swears by ASICS Gel-Nimbus shoes and she has been using the "5k runner app to build endurance."
Finally, Cameran heralded "Air pods and fight music" for that extra push.

Cameran Eubanks reveals a major hair "chop"
In addition to bringing us into her health journey these days, Cameran also recently showed off a fresh hair look.
The South Carolina resident detailed a new haircut in a March 17 Instagram video. The mom to daughter Palmer Wimberly showed off the new look that perfectly suits her on-the-go lifestyle.

“I just did a pretty big hair chop,” she said in the clip. Her updated style features ashy blonde waves that fall just to the top of her chest, with bright blonde highlights framing her face for a sun-kissed finish.

Cameran Eubanks opens up about postpartum hair loss
We've always been envious of Cameran's luscious locks. Her hair journey wasn't always easy, however, as she revealed to The Daily Dish in 2018 that shortly after giving birth to Palmer in 2017, she struggled with postpartum hair loss.
"When I posted the picture, I made a decision that, with having Palmer, I wanted to be honest about my experience," she explained. "And the response I got [from] women was like, 'Oh my God, that happened to me.'"

She continued: "I was aware of a thing called postpartum hair loss; I was not aware to the extent that it would happen," she continued. "When I stopped breastfeeding, all these hormones that you have all of a sudden leave your body, and my hair started coming out in clumps and would clog the shower drain. I wasn't prepared."
