The Buffalo Bills have three picks in the first 62 selections of the 2025 NFL Draft, giving them a ton of options to draft some high-impact talent to help them in their quest to get over the hump and reach the Super Bowl.
Those first three picks are going to be crucial pieces of the puzzle for how the 2025 Buffalo Bills perform. I did a three-round (although, really, it's only two-rounds) mock draft to take a look at some of the top options available to Brandon Beane.
Round 1, Pick 30: Trey Amos, CB, Ole Miss
Trey Amos is becoming a borderline cult inside Bills Mafia at this point, and for very good reason. Amos is smooth and polished, posted an 8.37 RAS, looked fluid and easy in the field drill at the Scouting Combine, and has the traits to step in as an instant-impact starting cornerback opposite recently-extended Christian Benford.
His field awareness, his ability to understand and mirror opposing routes, his intelligence on the field — he has a ton of traits that Sean McDermott covets in a cornerback. He's about as safe a prospect as there is going to be late in the first round.

Round 2, Pick 56: Alfred Collins, DT, Texas
Here you go, Bills fans. Here's a big boy, since so many of you have been clamoring for it. At 6-foot-6, 332 lbs, Alfred Collins would fill a massive (literally) need for the Buffalo Bills on the interior of their defensive line.
His ability to anchor down against double teams, keep his eyes on how the play is developing, and stuff the run are exactly what the Bills need on the interior. For his size, his quick first step is incredibly impressive. He has strength and long arms and active hands, consistently finding himself mucking things up in the middle.
Round 2, Pick 62: Jordan Burch, EDGE, Oregon
Jordan Burch is a fascinating prospect, and if you watched the Scouting Combine like I did, you saw what an insane athlete he is at 6-foot-4, almost 280 lbs. He moves like someone dramatically smaller. Burch is still a bit raw and can use some coaching, but he has the traits, the explosive athleticism, and the upside that the Bills could look at and say "we can iron out some of the kinks."
He needs to work on his hands and his plan of attack in particular. Those are two areas where improvements could turn him into a dominant force off the edge. With his side and his ability against the run and pass, he's a versatile EDGE that the Bills could give a long look at. If it all comes together, you could be getting a future Pro Bowl-level player.

Buffalo has holes on defense and will have plenty of picks to take some swings on players that could earn meaningful snaps right off the jump. It's a huge opportunity for Brandon Beane that he must take advantage of.
