Buffalo Bills are being linked to one prospect in the 2025 NFL Draft that makes too much sense not to happen

With the NFL Scouting Combine just around the corner, all attention in the NFL world now turns towards the 2025 NFL Draft. For Buffalo Bills GM Brandon Beane, this is a crucial offseason to get right.

Holding a slew of picks, it's possible that Beane gets aggressive and makes a move on draft night that he hasn't done since trading up to select Josh Allen, but if he sticks at Pick 30, Michigan defensive lineman Kenneth Grant is a name drawing plenty of attention, and for good reason. He would be a home run of a pick for Buffalo's defensive front. In PFF's latest mock draft, Grant was the pick for Buffalo at 30th overall.

"Kenneth Grant going to Buffalo Bills. Kenneth Grant, I think, fills a massive need there in Buffalo, and I think in a pairing with him and Ed Oliver on the defensive line, Oliver obviously a little undersized at defensive tackle, but has still been incredibly productive over his career," Max Chadwick of PFF said. "Kenneth Grant is not undersized at all. He's 340 pounds, and he can move at that size. And we saw with Buffalo, man. I mean, they've got an MVP at quarterback who's going to raise the floor for everyone else in that offense, but they need to get better defensively. And I think Kenneth Grant, a guy that a lot of people think is a top-20, top-25 talent this class, and he fill the need in Buffalo there at 30, I think it's a home run pick.

"Kenneth Grant was the pick here really just because the value," Trevor Sikkema added. "I think that Grant brings so much to the table, is so uniquely gifted at how fast his hands and his feet are, despite being 340 pounds."

Sign me all the way up for Kenneth Grant propaganda. He's on my short list for sure for the Buffalo Bills at pick 30. Grant is a space-eater of a defensive tackle, and with Daquan Jones' future looking short at best in Buffalo, the Bills need to add another big guy up front. Grant is the epitome of what Buffalo needs — he's a brick wall in run defense, regularly taking on double teams, and offers the speed, athleticism, and technique to collapse the pocket from the interior.

Defensive line is a massive need for Beane in this year's draft class, and fortunately for he and Buffalo fans alike, there are plenty of options in this year's class that have the upside to be immediate impact players.
